  • Booking details (flight type, date, passenger weight if required for safety, voucher codes).

  • Payment information (through our payment provider, we do not store full card data).

We process your data for the following purposes:

a) Fulfilling your bookings and contracts (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)– to register and confirm bookings, issue vouchers, process payments, and deliver services.

b) Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)– to comply with accounting, tax, and aviation safety record requirements.

c) Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)– ensuring flight safety (e.g. requesting weight information for balance calculations), preventing fraud, defending legal claims, improving our services.

d) Marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent)– if you give us consent, we may send you newsletters or promotional offers. You can withdraw consent at any time.


4. Recipients of Personal Data

We share personal data only when necessary:

  • Operators/pilots: receive only the passenger details necessary to perform the flight.

  • Payment provider: ComGate Payments, a.s. (Czech Republic).

  • IT/hosting providers: for secure operation of the website.

  • Authorities: if required by law (e.g. aviation safety authorities, tax offices, law enforcement).

We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA.


5. Storage Period

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:

  • Booking and contract data: 10 years (required by Slovak tax/accounting law).

  • Passenger flight data: 5 years (to comply with aviation record-keeping).

  • Complaint handling: 3 years.

  • Marketing data: until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.After these periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.Examples: encrypted databases, restricted access, and secure hosting in the EU.
